I'm 49, live in Chicago, and love to use computers.

I usually DL open source programs instead of line Billie's pockets and want to help if I can
(at no cost to me, I'm on a very tight budget)

I will freely say what I know is true, will preface what I believe is true, will try to look up an answer if I have some free time, and will greatly embarrass myself if I accidentally mislead anyone (except in contests which I believe you need to find your own answers)
